Developed from landrace Kush genetics originating from the Afghan Hindu Kush Mountain region, the plant's look is as distinctive as its heritage. Master Kush is a compact, medium-height plant; its internodal spacing is relatively tight, which contributes to its broad, bushy, pyramidal shape profile. Its dark green, sometimes bluish-purple leaves are wide and glossy, typical of indica varieties.

The plants produce large, chunky, elongated, resinous buds with exceptional density and firm, sticky, heavy flowers with THC levels up to 26%. They are typically olive to deep green, sometimes with subtle hints of purple, especially when exposed to cooler night temperatures. Long pistils range from bright orange to rich brown, while dense, heavily crystallised resinous coverage creates an excellent flower-to-leaf ratio throughout.
