Shipping & Returns
At Barney's Farm we go out of our way to ensure that shipping is as safe as physically possible so your products will be delivered intact.
Our packaging is completely plain and does not have any mention of the products contained inside. No order form is enclosed to destinations inside the EU.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and information on the follow-up of our Courier service as soon as the products have been sent. This follow-up will contain tracking details visible on-line.
Although Barney's Farm are proud to offer a worldwide shipping service, certain countries are excluded due to specific laws. We are unable to ship to anywhere within: Netherlands, USA, Norway, China, Malaysia, Asia, Australia or Canada.
If you are in any doubt please contact us via Email or Phone, and we will be able to identify whether your country is eligible.
All delivery costs are worked out during the order process. The cost of delivery is dependent on order value and the country that your order is being shipped to.
Barney’s Farm does not ship products to any state within the USA.
All shipping times vary dependent on the final destination of your package. An estimated delivery time is worked out during the ordering process, and will give a rough estimate of final delivery dependent on shipping region. A unique tracking code will be processed after your order is shipped which will allow the delivery to be tracked.
All products can be exchanged as long as they are returned in their original unopened packaging.
There are rare occasions in which your shipment becomes damaged during transit. If any part of your order is delivered in an unsatisfactory condition then please contact us within a week of receiving your order.
We will need a written description of any damage your package has sustained, accompanied with a photo of any damage. We shall then contact you to rectify this issue.
Please take note, any returns and damaged order returns need to be approved by the Barney’s Farm team. Any orders returned without prior consent will not be rectified.
There are rare occasions in which part/all of your shipment is lost during transit. If any part of your order is missing then please contact us within a week of receiving your order.
We will need a written description of any missing items. We shall then contact you to rectify this issue.
If you do not receive your package within a week of estimated delivery time then please contact your postage service before contacting the Barney’s Farm team.
If your parcel has failed to arrive on the specified date then please contact the delivery service. Please make sure to check your delivery confirmation email to see if there are any potential delays which could be affecting the delivery of your parcel.
Please remember: Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days.

In order to maintain privacy and keep our deliveries discreet we only deliver to personal addresses.
The Barney's Farm team attempts to make all shipments within 24 hours of completing the purchase. We pack and dispatch our orders from Monday to Friday, except national holidays. We will keep you informed via email while your order is processed. If your order shows a "Delay" status it is possible that the problem is related to the availability of the product, or in some cases with the information you have given for the shipment. If you suggest something unexpected, we will contact you to rectify any problem ..
We are only able to ship orders to the address provided during delivery. Once we have shipped your order we will not be able to change the listed address.
Please ensure that all details are correct upon order compleiton as Barney's Farm will not be held responsible for additional delivery fees or non delivery.
The postal services will attempt to deliver your parcel several times. In some circumstances they will deliver it to a local parcel distribution facility. If you fail to collect the parcel within their specified time limit your parcel will be sent back to our warehouses.
We shall contact you in regards to your order once in the circumstance that your parcel is returned to our warehouse.
Whilst we go try to ensure that our shipping stays discreet as possible, there is always the chance that Customs will check your order, regardless of shipping option.
Although Barney's Farm are able to ship to your country we are not able to give any information of the legal status of any of our products in that country.
Please research your local laws and regulations before making a purchase, as Barney's Farm cannot be held responsible for the retention of any orders by your national customs teams.
