We are currently looking for a full-time employee for the position of Sales and Customer support for our warehouse in Amsterdam. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills in both English and German.

Candidate's profile

• Previous sales and customer support experience.
• Solid PC Skills and Microsoft Office knowledge, with the preferred e-commerce experience.
• Excellent command of the English and German languages (both speaking and writing). Additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Possesses good communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be both a team player and able to work independently.
• Able to move across departments as deemed necessary.
• Have a positive working attitude.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.

General duties

• Provide exceptional customer support and sales advice both through phone and email.
• Invoicing and record-keeping
• Database maintenance
• Order picking, packing
• Perform logistics operations
• Purchase, receive, and store warehouse supplies
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
