Welcome to the Barney's Farm FAQ section. We will try to answer as many questions as possible through this site, but if you have any further questions then please contact info@barneysfarm.com.

1. Are your seeds legal in my country?

The Barney’s Farm team are able to supply seeds to various countries around the world, but are unable to comment on the legal status of our seeds within your country.

Please research your national and local laws prior to purchase to ensure that your order is legal to import. Barney’s Farm will not be responsible for the retention of any orders by your national customs teams.

2. How should I store my seeds?

Here at Barney’s Farm we like to advise our customers in the best way to store their products to make sure they're as great to use in future as the day you buy them.

As with any type of seed we recommend storing your purchase in a dry and cool place. Changes in temperature and moisture could seriously mess up your seeds, and we want you to have the best experience possible with your Barney’s Farm purchase!

We take great care in drying all of our seeds to ensure that we avoid any deterioration during transit and storage.

For best results keep all seeds in their original packaging, or a clearly labeled airtight container.

3. Will I need to make an account?

You will not need to make an account to buy any products from Barney’s Farm.

Each order you make will need to be accompanied by your contact information, which will only be used to directly contact you about your orders.

4. How do I make an order?

Ordering through Barney's Farm has never been simpler! find the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you are happy with the final order you can select the "Check Out" button through your basket.

From here you will need to enter your billing information and shipping information. These details will only ever be used by Barney's Farm to process your order, and will never be used by a third party. 

In order to remain discreet, any payments to Barney's Farm will state Barneys Souvenirs on your bank statements. 

Once payment has been processed an email will be generated showing your order details, including your order number which will need to be used if there is a need for further communication.

5. Do I need to make a minimum purchase?

There is no minimum purchase needed to make an order through the Barney's Farm web store. 

6. Can I see my order's progress?

At Barney’s Farm we make sure to keep all customers up to date with the progress of their orders. You will receive an email at each point of the dispatch process and will be given an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please retain all email correspondence from Barney’s Farm, and be sure to check Junk and Spam folders to ensure you receive all emails. You may need to use these emails to contact customer service if any issues arise.

7. Can I change an existing order?

 

Due to the large volumes of sales being processed, it is unlikely that we will be able to amend any orders after payment is taken. Orders are processed and shipped in the fastest way possible in order to ensure that delivery times are kept to a minimum.

- No amount will be withdrawn from the card until goods have been shipped.

- 14 days to cancel and return purchases made outside shops (online, by phone or mail order):

In the EU you have the right to return these purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.

- Free of charge, 2-year guarantee (legal guarantee):

Under EU rules you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost.

This 2-year guarantee is your minimum right. National rules in your country may give you extra protection: however, any deviation from EU rules must always be in the consumer's best interest.

Before the customer places the order and checks out they must agree to the T&C and be presented to a direct link to the T&C.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible in order to avoid any complications. Although we cannot guarantee the changes we shall do our very best to accommodate your needs.

8. Can I re-order any previous items?

Barney’s Farm currently do not offer a re-ordering service. If you are looking to re-create a previous order you will need to re-transact the same as when you placed your original order. We will need to transact as a new order, so make sure to have all of your payment details ready.

This has been done in order to ensure that each order is kept as safe and discreet as possible. If you are looking to order in bulk then please see our Trade Accounts FAQ where we provide all the information you will need about bulk or trade purchasing.

9. Can my order be cancelled?

Please contact our support team immediately if your order needs to be canceled.

 Barney's Farm is unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

10. How can I update my details?

At the present moment you are not able to create an account with Barney's Farm, so your details will need to be entered each time you order.

Please contact our support lines immediately if you have entered any details incorrectly to ensure that there are no issues with the dispatch and delivery of your order.

11. What happens if i select the wrong country when making a bank transfer order?

Please make sure to always choose the correct country of destination. Bank payments for orders with a shipping address that does not match the shipping country will NOT be refunded.

12. Does all our seed packaging contain foil?

We have two methods of seed packaging production, automated and manual. Automated packaging does contain foil, the manual packaging creation does not.

Content for people of 18 years of age or older, entering barneysfarm.com is reserved for people at the age of majority. In the Netherlands, the age of majority is 18 years old, Germany 21 years old, check your local laws and respect them. We dispatch our marijuana seeds with the reservation that they will  not be used in conflict with national laws. Customers must be aware that cannabis seeds are illegal in some countries. Barneys Farm provides these seeds on condition that they will not be taken to countries where they are illegal. Those doing so are solely responsible for their own actions and Barney’s Farm accepts no responsibility in this regard. Our online store complies with Netherlands law. Seeds are sold strictly for souvenirs, storage and genetic preservation. General legal notice: Germination is illegal in most countries, please check your country's law regarding seeds, paraphernalia and other products related with Cannabis culture.
