An F1 auto is an autoflowering first-generation hybrid. It flowers on age without a light change, and because both parent lines are stable, the plants in a batch grow with unusual consistency. Fast and uniform makes for an easy harvest, and for a tent where every plant looks the same.
What is on the label
The front carries the F1 Auto seed type and a photo of a finished plant, printed in the color that marks F1 autos across the Barney's Farm label range. The back has three write-on fields: Strain Name, Seedling Date and Grow-Flower Date. The Barney's Farm sun logo sits on both sides.
Two dates that track an F1 auto
With no flip to record, an F1 auto needs two dates. The seedling date gives the plant's age, and the grow-flower date marks when it moved into bloom on its own. In a uniform batch, those dates should line up from plant to plant, so the one that drifts is easy to spot and worth watching.
A color of its own
F1 autos often share space with photoperiod plants or standard autoflowers. The F1 Auto label has its own color, so the batch stays readable from the doorway and gets its own feeding and harvest timing.
Waterproof and UV stable
Indoors or out, the print and the writing hold up to watering, sprays, grow lights and summer sun. The stake stands 12.8 cm tall, clear of the soil and easy to read.
Packs of 3, 5 or 10
A pack of 3 covers a small batch. A pack of 5 marks a full tent or a staggered outdoor sowing through the season.
