LFG clones are rooted, female cuttings of the strain Derry made with Cypress Hill's B-Real, a cross of Lemon Cherry Gelato and Gelato #41. The plant is 60% indica with a THC content of 32% and a flowering time of 60 to 65 days.
The B-Real collaboration as a cutting
LFG pulls from two sides of the Gelato family. Lemon Cherry Gelato brings the lemon and the lime and forest green tones, and Gelato #41 brings the thick resin. A clone holds that combination fixed, with one mother and one expression across the whole set.
Three plants under one net
LFG grows compact and controllable, finishing at 100 to 110cm (39 to 43 inches) indoors with strong side branches. That frame suits a screen. Top each clone once in the first week or two of veg, tie the branches out with low-stress training and weave them into the net until the flip. Three identical plants fill a screen evenly, with no fast plant shading a slow one.
Flip and flowering
For a compact, indica-leaning plant like this, flip at about half your target height. LFG flowers in 60 to 65 days and yields 550 to 600g/m² indoors. Two to four weeks of veg from a rooted clone is enough to fill a net.
Resin and late flower
The buds finish dense and slightly elongated under a heavy layer of resin. Thin the inside of the plant around day 21 of flower and hold relative humidity at 45 to 50% for the last three weeks.
LFG outdoors
Outdoors, LFG stays short at 120 to 150cm (4 to 5 feet) and yields up to 1,000g (about 35 oz) per plant, with harvest in the second to third week of October. The size makes it a good container plant for a patio or a small yard. Move clones outside once days run 14 hours or longer.
